We use Royal Mail delivery service for all orders

Standard UK 3-5 working days - £5.00

Fast delivery 1-2 working days – if ordered before 12pm - £6

Free UK delivery for orders over £50.00

International Delivery outside of the UK - £14

Custom Charges

Any orders placed outside of the EU could possibly entail a tax duty payment once received at your local delivering depot.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from APC to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the UK.

Returns:

We are unable to accept return items for hair accessories or earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return any other items, you have a period of 14 working days from the day that you receive the order for an exchange or refund.

Returns will only be accepted if the products show no sign of wear and are returned to us in the original packaging or similar.
